What is your warranty policy?

We provide a 1-year warranty which will cover replacement of parts and shall provide technical assistance within the warranty period. The warranty does not cover normal wear, defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or caused by harmful substance or mechanical force other than the intended use of the window blinds.
